Mr. Jordan has been a speaker for credit associations, financial management
associations, purchasing managers' associations, the Northeast Indiana
Paralegal Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and local
businesses and civic organizations on the topics of creditor's rights,
bankruptcy, commercial law and real estate. Mr. Jordan has written
and contributed to numerous publications concerning creditors' rights,
bankruptcy, commercial law and real estate, including publications
for various state and regional seminars, the Northeast Indiana Paralegal
Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association.
